Expected completion times of your order, following payment, will be explained as part of your quotation. Once completed your order will be sent either by courier or Royal Mail, unless delivery/collection was agreed. (Orders are usually sent out within seven days of payment received).
Please note that during the current situation with Covid-19 many delivery firms/Royal Mail are  experiencing a backlog which they are working to get under control. I cannot be held responsible for any delay in their delivery times, and would ask you to be patient with them. All orders are sent with tracking so it can be traced.


If you live in or around the Newton Longville area or wish to travel to collect (MK17) your order can be delivered if over £50 or you may choose to collect. You will be notified when your order is completed.


I want to ensure you are happy with your product which is why all designs are signed off by you before any work commences as mistakes such as spelling cannot be rectified. I do not accept returns of personalised items in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Consumer Rights Directive). This states personalised items made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from cancellation of goods regulations.
Of course if the item is faulty or I have made the mistake in your personalisation please do let me know within 14 days of receiving it and I will certainly resolve it. Please ensure you contact me first before attempting to return any faulty item. This will ensure I have agreed a solution which may/may not include the physical return of the item. If it is to be returned I will of course pay the return fee when we have agreed the return delivery method.
