  1. I don’t have a fancy logo. Do I need one?
    If you don’t have a pictorial logo ready to go and would just like words e.g. “Richard’s Repairs, Handyman Services”  then I will do my best to help you with a straightforward font.

  2. Do you send out clothing samples?
    All clothing and items on the product website have clear size guides. But if you would like a sample this can be ordered for you, at full price with postage. This can then be used against your future order. If you decide you do not want the item it can be returned, and as long as it is in the same condition it was sent to you, can be returned to the supplier who will charge a restock fee. This can be anything from 15-25% of the cost of the item plus postage.

  3. Do you take returns?
    Due to the nature of personalised orders I cannot accept returns.  The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Consumer Rights Directive) makes it clear that personalised items made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the cancellation of goods regulations. If the actual item is faulty (not the embroidery) then please do let me know within 14 days. If you do not then it will be agreed that the order is correct.

  4. What if an item is faulty?
    All personalisation is agreed in writing before the order is carried out to ensure that you accept it is correct. If the personalisation is incorrect and does not match what was agreed then your order will be rectified. Please let me know within 14 days of the problem. Do not send back any items before this has been discussed. If the items need to be returned, and are faulty, postage will be paid by myself once the delivery service has been agreed.

  5. How long will my order take?
    This depends on what you have ordered. Most orders are ready to dispatch within 7-10 days of the invoice being paid.

  6. Can I collect the order?
    Orders can be collected by agreement. If within a 15 mile radius of MK17 0BH, your order will be delivered for free – this will be detailed on the invoice.
